Teen_fantasy16 is using photo's of the actress Spencer Locke.



If you type 'Spencer Locke' in on photobucket.com it will come up with the same pictures she has on her profile.

Oh, and i'll also add that the girl in the black and white pic with her, who she says is her friend 'Kandy' is none other than actress/singer Miley Cyrus, who is good friends with Spencer Locke.
